Confirmed Order but no payment…

    Hi

    I have an order in the “Orders” tab and it shows that the customer paid by Paypal but I don’t have the payment in my Paypal account. The same customer also has an abandoned cart.

    If he has abandoned his cart, it shouldn’t show up in orders should it?

    Any idea what’s happening?

    If the order was pending, its not paid. It’s just a temporary order. Ignore.

    Hi Mike, thanks for the quick response! 🙂

    It doesn’t look like it pending and in the order details page it says Payment by Paypal and it even has a link to his Transaction ID. Also, in the “carts” section it shows as converted.

    Still ignore it?

    You’d have to check the paypal account. Ensure you’re not using sandbox as that is for testing and the payment would not be real.

    If orders are stuck pending and payment WAS made, you may have an IPN issue.
