    In combination with wich shop plugin do you have this issue?

    Gravity plus Pronamic iDeal.

    There are options on the Gravity Form iDEAL feed page:

    • Send admin notification only when payment is received.
    • Send user notification only when payment is received.

    These however won’t work if you work the iDEAL Easy or Basic/Lite variant.
