Confirmation Page Not Working

    I have been using it this for a few weeks, when I tested it originally the confirmation page would load up fine.

    But now after someone enters their details it just redirects them straight to the home page and they are confused as to whether or not the payment went through! Which is does perfectly fine.

    The only thing I can think of is that an update has broken this? I am using the free version and I am used the default generated pages and URLs I have not changed anything.

    I am also using Divi theme on the site which I created a text module using the Divi Builder and enter the shortcode for the pages inside that.

    Anyone else having this issue or know what I can do to find out why this is happening?

    I am following your thread. My issue is a little different and have started a thread too here. Mine is a redirect from the checkout to a self created join me page. So I am curious of what they say to you since I might have your issue as well.

    Hi @chudz,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    I have come across this issue on a couple of sites fairly recently, what I had noticed is that the site wasn’t served over SSL but the checkout page was.

    So the user would signup over SSL and once they were redirected to the site it was served over non-ssl and making the user ‘log out’.

    Could this be the case, if so could you please serve all your pages over SSL and see if this helps?
