Confirmation Page Doesn’t Display after Upload

    Hello – we’ve been using this for a while on our photo club website, and it has worked out fine. However it used to display a confirmation page (showing the photos uploaded) when an upload completed. Since one of the updates along the way, this no longer happens, and the user is returned to a blank upload page. The upload actually works, but the user is confused, as they are shown a blank form.

    Is this a known issue?

    Hello – as there hasn’t been a response here, is there any other way to request support for the Entry Wizard plug-in?

    Do others using this plugin still the the upload confirmation like we used to?

    This is not an issue I’ve heard of before.

    Are you running the latest version (1.3.11)? If not, try upgrading.

    Have you checked to see if there are any EWZ error messages in the log file (usually wp-content/debug.log)?

    Have you tried temporarily deactivating other plugins to see if there is a plugin conflict?

    Thanks for the suggestions. We’re running 1.3.11. I’ll research the other items and report back. I take it others do still see the upload confirmation, where they can see the images they uploaded (and/or change/add/remove them). That’s good to know!

    I see lots of these errors, but nothing recent that mentions EntryWizard (or anything similar).

    29-Jun-2019 15:22:48 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Automatically populating $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA is deprecated and will be removed in a future version.

    I’ll have to try the path of deactivating other plugs, though there’s one I may not be able to (Ultimate Member) as I need to be logged in for the upload process to work.
