Confirmation message not working

    I’m currently using WPForms Lite and the confirmation message is not working. When users submit a form, I receive the email notification and it seems to be properly submitted but the user does not get the confirmation message so they think it’s not submitted and would submit multiple duplicates.

    Would you be willing to share the URL to access your form? This way, I can reproduce the issue and provide further information about it.

    To prevent multiple submissions, I recommend using AJAX form submission. This can be enabled in the form builder when you go to Settings > General to select Enable AJAX form submission (screenshot). For more details regarding AJAX form submissions, please see our guide here.
