Confirmation mail is missing ordered products

New orders on my website are normaly in WordPress Dashboard (Woocommerce > orders). In new confirmation mails are missing the products visitors have ordered. Not only the details, but the whole product lines er missing, including visitors’ details (Actually the whole body). Only the header with image, ‘Thanks for your order’-message and the footer-text is visible.
I already have done a conflict test:
– Changing theme to twenty-twenty
– Deactivating all of the plugins except WooCommerce
– Of course both, WordPress and WooCommerce are up-to-dateUnfortunately this made no difference.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be related to?

Does this issue happen to all order confirmation emails? If it happens randomly, can you check if those orders have anything in common such as same product, payment method etc..?

Thank you for recommending.
When I click on updating database I got the message ‘Routine database upgrade is scheduled to run in the background’. I am not for sure how long such an upgrade will take, but it is unclear when it’s finished. I clicked on it a couple of hours ago.
I could imagine that this will make a difference. However System of WooCommerce is saying it is normally that the database version could be different from the WooCommerce Core. In that case it should not make any difference.
I have tried plugin ‘WP Mail Logging’ to check if WooCommerce is sending it in the right way. Those logs are presenting the mail exactly like it should be (like I have created in WooCommerce > Email). I tend to think that it something has to do with server settings.
How do you think about my thoughts?

The problem is caused by the PHP version (8). Setting it back to 7.4 solved the problem in this case.
