Confirmation mail: Always default text will be sent

    Hi!

    I did change the subject and the content for the mail, that will be send after subscribing for a newsletter (Subscribe -> confirmation). The subject and content will be changed and saved. But whatever I set for the content, it always will be send the default text in the mail.

    “Customize” is activated. I use the newest versions of WordPress and all plugins. Used language: German_formal

    Any ideas why this happens or what I can so?

    Hello Michael,

    I do only use the “official” translation – no extra multilanguage plugin like WPML.

    Hello @antares7,

    maybe this is not the reason but still… when you go to Subscription > Confirmation, the first panel you see is used to customize the confirmation page. You should switch to Email in order to customize the email template. Sometimes this confuses our users so we’ll try to make that more clear.
