• Hey There,
    when submitting an order, the customer doesn’t receive a confirmation mail, while the notification for the shop owner is submitted properly.

    I have “WP Mail Logging” installed and it shows the required mails.
    But they never arrive at the customer’s inbox, neither a spam folder.

    I tried different e-mail-accounts with different domains, but it doesn’t work.

    Any ideas?

    If it’s logged, it’s sent (or tried to send). So WC and WP have done their job.

    Try using something like mailgun or sendgrid. It’s more reliable.
