Confirmation email

    Is there a way that once the customer places an order, customer will get the an email from easy post for the confirmation (like addresss confirmation)? Currentlly, I am using this free version, do I need to buy the premium plan to get this feature?

    Do you want to send email for address confirmation? Neither free or PRO will do it.

    PRO version sends tracking number after label has been printed and it can also send tracking updates from you WooCommerce site.

    Could you explain this “it can also send tracking updates from you WooCommerce site”? I don’t get any updates. What updates you are pointing out?
