    I get several times this email :

    If i use this link its redirected to my page and says me its not finished.
    “Email address does not match
    The email address you are using to authenticate does not match the email address currently saved in your settings. Please delete the email address, save, and then re-enter your email address.”

    I already have read the instructions and my admin email is exactly the same used in the plugin – can you please assist?

    how can i provide you the email i used?

    Thank you for your message. Could you please confirm if you followed the instructions exactly as described? It’s very important to clear the email field completely, save, and then re-enter the email address, this step is essential.

    Have you also tried using a different email address? In most cases, one of these two methods resolves the issue.

    Hi,

    i removed the email in this field:

    then pressed save and got a confirmation:

    afterwards retyped my email and started the process (activate website scan) again with still no success.

    Thank you for trying again, and my apologies for asking; I just wanted to be sure the procedure was repeated multiple times.

    In this case, the issue might be that the REST API is forbidden or encountering problems. Could you please repeat the procedure once more with the browser console open? If the REST API is failing, an error should appear there.

    In the meantime, I’ll also check with our developer. Could you kindly share the URL of your site as well?

    Thanks @bratmaxxe,

    It looks like there are quite a few errors in the Jetpack screenshot that could be preventing proper authentication. Could you please try disabling all plugins related to cache or minification, including Jetpack, and then test again?

    I’m sorry if this feels a bit annoying, but it really is a matter of trial and error.

    i deactivated all plugins and now no errors or warnings occured in the console, but the issue still exists.
