[Resolved] Confirmation caught in spam

  • Hi there,

I’m sending confirmation emails from our registered domain name’s server – it’s our .org’s URL as the sender address, but confirmation emails seem to be stuck in spam folders, notably within Gmail’s spam folders.

Is there any way that I can minimize the odds that our confirmation emails will be stuck there?

    Hi Brad,

Unfortunately not sure. Is the email address valid? Somethings like that can affect the filter. Even if it’s wordpress@domain.com

Alternatively fire the emails through your FTP using something like WP-SMTP. WP Email Capture sends email using the wp_mail functionality, so there is usually a bigger issue here – are your standard WordPress mails (comment notifications etc.) coming through okay?
