• Hi everybody

    We use this brilliant tool to collecting our leads in SalesForce. Unfortunately we have problems receiving the confirmation and the new submission mails. I did a test today and the first submission E-Mail I didnt receive, but 2nd, 3rd and 4th I did. It was all from the same page (https://ch.myvivenda.com/angebot/anfrage/). Do you have an idea, why I didn’t get the first one?

    Email deliverability is a complex subject and outside the scope of free support.

    I can say that in every reported issue I can remember the plugin faithfully sends the email every time — it’s simply not always received.

    Options to fix this are:

    – Use an SMTP plugin to send mail via your email account (vs sendmail which uses a generic address)
    – Use a transactional mail service like MailGun or SendGrid
