Confirm reservations

    Hi,

    I’m using the free version but there is something else that I need, the possibility to confirm the reservation (not immediately when the customer makes a reservations). And after the reservation is confirmed in the system the customer receives a mail.
    Is this possible in the basic version? Is there a possibility to try out the basic version (implemented in wordpress)?

    Hi,

    At the moment plugin automatically detects available seats and confirms reservations. I can add this functionality if you need that. Please explain why do you need to control it manually and spend your valuable time confirming each reservation?

    You can test basic version for free for 30 days. Once you install plugin and navigate to basic package settings, there is a button to access full version for 30 days.

    Hi,

    I want to test it to see if that is enough. But the demo version is only a webpage to see the upcoming reservations and possibility to cancel them, but not all the extras of the basic package. Is there a possibility to test this as well?

    Reason to maybe use a manual confirmation is because reservations are also done in the restaurant, and that should have priority to the online reservations.

    What if there will be functionality to mark down seats that were reserved in restaurant, so plugin takes them into account and continues to work in automated mode or do you still prefer manual confirmation?

    Hi,

    I saw that it was possible to set the tables, but i dont see a test for that. Can i test that as well? If that is possible than that would be enough.

    Hi, at the moment we don’t have functionality to assign tables. If you need it we can extend basic package. Please send request to info@reservationdiary.eu and we can discuss how do you want it to work.
