Confirm/reject outside backend

    Hello,

    Is it possible to confirm or cancel an appointment directly inside the notification email?

    Otherwise is there an app?

    My client is not exactly well versed with computers so anything that avoids the backend helps.

    Is there any solution?

    Hi michael008,

    Thanks for your interest.

    We do not have app, Amelia is WP booking plugin.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to approve or cancel the appointment directly from the notification. Cancel is available in full version of Amelia though.
