I need no confirmation emails to subscribers ,i mean subscribe option need work directly and no confirmation message send to subscriber

Go to Email Subscribers -> Settings -> Opt-in Option. Click on it and select Single Opt In and save your settings.

Author will get new email whenever a new subscriber will subscribe.
