Configuring email encoding

Your Postman SMTP plugin is working well during my initial testing. I’m new to email encoding, so forgive me if I’m not using the correct terminology in my question. I need to be able to send Base64 encoded plain text email messages from my WordPress site. The encoding of plain text e-mail messages that I am currently receiving via your Postman plugin is UTF-8 / Quoted Printable. Is it possible to specify Base64 encoding of plain text email with your plugin? If not, is user-selectable email encoding something that you would consider for a future release?
