I can’t see the screenshot you sent me. About the information you deliver, I want to add the product weight and dimensions, but clicking on the “Entrega” tab does not open so I can fill in the fields. When I click it returns to the top of the page.
@lorenalink, as you are not able to access the inventory tab, it means there might be some plugin/theme conflict.
Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.
