Configuration fails – White screen

    I am trying to connect Facebook to WooCommerce for a client. We have followed the steps for the configuration on Facebook, we then get redirected to a WooCommerce page (with the ‘that’s my site – redirect me’ button). Instead of going to the WordPress dashboard, we get a white screen, even after refreshing the page. We have recently verified the domain on Facebook. We’ve also tried to configure it without including Instagram, but we keep getting the white screen.

    What do we have to do to finalize the connection between Facebook and WooCommerce?

    Hi @lisasmale,

    Thanks for providing such a clear description of the connection issue!

    This isn’t one I’ve heard of before, but I’m wondering if there’s something security-wise on your client’s site or server that is blocking this redirect / connection finalization step.

    Here’s what I’d recommend:

    * Deactivate everything except WooCommerce and Facebook and test the connection again
    * If you’re still seeing the issue with everything deactivated, check for any console errors or server side errors logs at the time this occurs.

    @jlundie Thanks for your reply. I did this and found out that a security plugin caused this problem. I was able to finalize the configuration now.
