    Hi clever people,
    I am trying to install import a template from Neve Theme (free one from WordPress) and I am getting the following error

    I have no idea how to fix this – please explain like I’m 5 (I’m not very code savvy)

    Hmm. “Import” is a term used for moving content from one site to another, which is very useful when you’re migrating between two different sites.

    If you want to use a different theme, then you’d add that theme and afterwards under Appearance – Customize activate it.

    Neve theme broke the WordPress installation somehow. Had to reinstall and start from scratch. Thankfully it’s a new site so not much was done. The makers of Neve do not help unless you upgrade the Theme to Pro version.

    Can you please check the PHP version that you are running? Our plugins and themes require at least PHP v7.0 for it to work properly. You can reach out to your host on how to do the PHP upgrade.

    Once done, please do another test and check how it goes.
