Look at the Mail tab and Messages tab. You’ll find the error there.

Well, I have opened the Mail and Messages tabs and have no idea how to identify the error. Could you be more specific, please?
I would have attached a snapshot of the info in these two tabs, but there doesn’t appear to be a facility to upload attachments.
My site is here.

@rossb You can place the image in http://snag.gy/ and then post the link to it here.
I had the same issue. Try making the subject a required field.

@rossb – you can just add the Mail section here in the same way your added the Form section. That approach is ideal for others trying to assist.

Thanks, all.
Tried your suggestion, dougfitz. The Contact form sends messages, but the message doesn’t appear in the destination email account, so I guess the config error remains.
buzztone, I would have done as you suggested, but the code doesn’t appear under the Mail and Messages tabs as it does under Form. I’m not sure where to find the Mail and Messages code to copy and paste it here.
So, have gone with barnez’ suggestion and put links to snapshots of the Mail and Messages pages. As follows:
Mail
Messages
Probably a tiny error easily fixed, but if you don’t know how to identify it, doesn’t matter how tiny it is! Glad of some help with this.

Took your advice and no more config error! Thanks a lot, buzztone.
So dougfitz, you were right – I clearly didn’t make the correct change to the subject field.
However, just tested the contact form by sending myself a message, and again it didn’t come through to my destination gmail address. Does this sound like a problem with the contact form, do you think, or something amiss at my host end perhaps?

You were right, buzztone – my spam folder was full of messages sent via the contact form, including mine of today.
I’ve acted on your recommendation re making the Form field a valid email address on my host domain (had to create an email address within my CP first – long overdue).
And thanks for the link. I’ll have a good read through that page.
I think I can now declare my contact form issues resolved! Thanks again to you and all.
Cheers
