    Hi,

I have installed AWCP plugin in my local working copy and configured the pages properly. However doing the same in my development server seems to break the site. Listing below the issues that I encounter in my development server:

    1. While navigating to Classifieds -> Classifieds from the admin dashboard, I get a white screen with the error “The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.”
    2. I could not set up Fee plans (Classifieds -> Fees). The default plan of “30 Day Listing” could be edited. However I am not able to add a new fee plan. It shows an empty error link. Please see https://www.dropbox.com/lightbox/home/awcp%20plugin for the screenshot.
    3. I can’t seem to edit an already added Category. While editing a previously added category, I get a white screen with the error

AWPCP PHP Error [256] (SQL) (1366) Incorrect integer value: ” for column ‘category_parent_id’ at row 1
Fatal error called by line 32 in file D:\home\site\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\another-wordpress-classifieds-plugin\functions_awpcp.php, error in D:\home\site\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\another-wordpress-classifieds-plugin\functions_awpcp.php at line 32, PHP 5.4.23 (WINNT)
      Aborting…

Please note that the development server is set up in Azure and my local working copy is in Ubuntu. And also, my local runs on PHP 5.3 whereas the server runs on PHP 5.4. Would this be a reason?

NB- I have already read certain forum posts related to this. As mentioned there, I did try deactivating all the plugins and reverting to 20-14 theme. However these did not help.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi parvathis,

This could be something specific to a Windows-based server, which we are unable to test on (we just don’t have one in our suite of servers). Can you contact me directly with admin access to the site and we can diagnose the problem directly on it there?

Sure. I have emailed you the details.

Please note that I am using the latest version of the plugin. Even I believe this is something specific to the server because I tried setting up the same in another WAMP server and it worked fine for me.

    Thanks again.

Got it–we’re looking into it. We’ll update you via email as soon as we know more.
