Conditionals to Admin Email

I am building a Caldera form that is a registration for one of 3 upcoming events.

When the registrant completes the form, they chose what city they live in, and the form will autopopulate with the date and location address of the event that they are attending via 3 html fields (then) that are tied to 3 different conditionals (if). The correct meeting shows on the screen when their actual city is selected.

I have setup 3 autoresponders that are conditional based on their city of residence that will send them the correct meeting date/location.

I need this information to be included in the email that is sent to us under “email” options as well. We need to be able to see the event they are registering for.
