Conditional logic for selected email recipient

Is it possible to set a group of radio buttons with conditional logic, so that if ‘TO:’ is Recipient 1, the enquiry goes to recipient 1’s email; if ‘TO:’ is Recipient 2, the enquiry goes instead to recipient 2’s email; etc, for up to 10 different recipients.
