Conditional Logic after submission

    Hi, is conditional logic available after submission?

    For example, if customer rates experience as “poor” then they are directed to a page that says, “thanks, we’ll try to better next time”

    But, if they rate the experience as “excellent” they are directed to our yelp review page (so they can write us a positive review)?

    Didn’t see anything like this available. Maybe this can be accomplished with Javascript? Thank you so much for your guidance in advance!

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear user, with conditional logic, you can show or hide certain fields, depending on the user’s selection. But we do not have an option to redirect the user to another page based on the selection.

    However, the feature you wish to get would be a great addition to the product. So could you please add your suggestion to our Submit Your Idea page?

    Our development team will consider working on this for further updates.
