I have the same problem, I put a checkbox with options yes and no and I want the conditional field (text) to show only if the box yes is checked.
I only have options phone and email showing and not the yes and no from the previous question
How did you get the box to conditionnaly show in your demo?

Nevermind, found the solution:
you have to put “contains” and then you can enter your value (here, yes)
