I am having the same problem. The Conditional Logic opens. I can select content type but I cannot select the page that the sidebar goes with.
There is a spinning wheel and will not search the content.

Can you try deactivate all other plugins and see if the problem persists? Then activate the plugins one by one to see which one is the cause.
