Conditional forum

I was trying to create a conditional div in contact form 7.

I tried https://wordpress.org/support/topic/contact-form-7-with-options
And could succesfully hide a div. But my form has all fields required and when some of the fields are hidden it doesn’t allow submission. Is there a way by which we can remove the necessary clause of field when a radio is ticked, or to automatically fill hidden boxes ‘Not needed’ so that the form will work normally

It is a local install.
