Conditional Fields Showing When They Shouldn’t

I’m building a community/information site for a yacht club and am using ultimate member to collect user information. I have a block of 6 fields set to display conditionally based on a response just above it. 5 of the six conditional fields are hidden correctly when the form loads, but one shows when it shouldn’t. I’ve triple checked that the conditional field settings are correct. Any thoughts?
