Conditional Fields ?

    I have a form with five (5) Yes or No questions. If any answer is No [this is an OR configuration not an AND configuration] I want to redirect the visitor, after hitting the Submit button, to a page with more information. The information tells the visitor that they do not have the basic requirements needed to move forward. Also, when that Submit button is clicked the form will be saved in db only and an email is NOT sent.
