Possible to provide us with the form export so that we could have a better idea?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

I imported the form to a test website on my side and verified that the redirection is working as expected based on the configured condition. When the condition is not met, the form submission displays an inline message instead of redirecting.
Would it be possible for you to share a URL of the page where we can replicate the issue?

I was able to replicate the issue with the form on your website. To confirm and assist you further, could you please share a screenshot of the Condition configuration under the Submission Behaviour settings on your website?
Just to ensure no other plugin or theme is conflicting and causing the issue, can you please also try a complete conflict test?

As this is a live website with traffic, please perform the test using a staging website. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.
