Compress/Replace images on Disk

    Will this plugin reduce the size of the images on disk now or does it create a copy to use?

    Clients has many 7+ meg images uploaded and we’re running out of disk space in their current hosting plan. Would love to simply compress what they have and reduce the overall disk space.

    Hi @envisiondesign

    The plugin optimizes/compresses the actual images on their disk. It does not create any copies unless you implement WebP or something like that. The WebP versions would reside next to the original JPG/PNGs.
