Complex Calculations In Confirmation E-Mail

I am looking to have my quote template that I e-mail to customers be automatically filled out but the product totals that come through need to be modified some.

I need to take the total from the gravity form and have it divided by 19.8 in one part and 23 in another.

So that it would look like:

“Hi John Doe, the cost of your building would be $xxx (total) if you would like to rent the building on program A it would run $xxx.xx (total / 19.8) or if you would like to go with plan B it would run $xxx.xx (total / 23). We require a 25% deposit so we would need $xxx.xx (total * .25) to order the building”

Is there an easy way to do this and if so could you point me in the right direction?
