Completely Remove WP Super Cache (phpMyAdmin)

    Sorry but I had to remove this plug-in, I had issues with easy digital downloads.

    After removing the plugin there is still some rows left in the database. Browsing wp-admin/options.php includes leftovers from the plug-in.

    I know I’m picky but would be awesome to have complete instructions on how to remove the plug-in.
