Completed orders shown as processing

Some of the orders that were updated as “completed” is now shown as “processing”. These orders were set as completed more than 4 or 5 days ago. We are using shiprocket for shipping management and these orders are set by shiprocket. We contacted their support but could’t get any proper solution. I want to know whether this is related to woo-commerce plugin (Version 5.4.1). But this problem has occurred on another website as well and that one uses a bit older version of woocommerce. The plugin that is found common in both these websites is woocommerce and both these websites use shiprocket.
