“This user has not added any information to their profile yet.” I get this message but the profile is complete.

Hello @simplejimbo

Can you please navigate to wp-admin > ultimate member > settings > appearance > profile menu and see which tab is set as “Profile menu default tab”? Please also check the setting for “Who can see About tab”.
