Hello,
Thank you for your message.
To display a large number of locations properly on the map, you need to enable the Marker Cluster feature.
Please follow these steps:
→ Edit your map from the backend
→ Open the “Marker Cluster Settings” section
→ Enable the Cluster option
→ Select your preferred cluster settings
→ Save the map
After enabling it, the markers will automatically group into clusters on the map for better display and performance.

Hi, I noticed the marker clustering is currently based on a grid system. Is it possible to cluster based on country instead? I’m working with many categories, and Malaysia and Singapore are very close to each other geographically. I would like the map to display the total number of markers per country—for example, how many markers are in Malaysia and how many are in Singapore. How can I achieve this? Do you have any suggestions on whether the grid system can separate Malaysia and Singapore more clearly?
Hello,
Currently, the marker clustering works based on geographical grid distance, not by country boundaries. Because Malaysia and Singapore are geographically very close, their markers may appear within the same cluster at certain zoom levels.
At the moment, there is no built-in option to cluster markers separately by country. However, that would require custom development because the default clustering system does not support country-based grouping logic.
