We do not remove links from posts. This is forum policy and *final*. Asking multiple people will result in the same answer.
We get requests for this almost daily – if we did it for everyone we would have no time to responds to actual problems.
The forum page will drop out of google searches eventually. It does not look unprofessional – rather it looks like you’re willing to find the solution. Also remember when you look at google search results, your site will show up higher for you – because you are logged in and google knows you;re interested in that site. It may not even show on the first page for others.
Users always have 30 minutes to edit their own posts.
