    I like Villatheme, so I would like to use this plugin someday.

    I am currently using the awesomesupportp plugin and would like to switch to this plugin.
    So here’s a question

    1 Tickets from woocommerce’s My Account page, purchased items, returns, and exchange requests.

    2 Support tickets in a single page tab on woocommece

    3 With Email Bypass, when you send an email, it syncs with the ticket.

    4 Suggestion function as soon as you enter the ticket subject,

    For now, I’m sorry they are not available just yet, but we’ll definitely consider adding them – No 1,2,4 – to our plugin’s development roadmap, maybe in the future though. As for number 3, we’ll integrate compatibility with the solution.

    Currently, my impressions on other supported plugins are:

    Fluent Support
    All basic functions are available, but Woocommerce’s returns and exchanges and inventory increases and decreases are not possible.
    Awesome Support
    It’s also not simple, and the plugin list becomes huge with add-ons and other things.

    Tickets with affiliates, pre-purchase tickets, and post-purchase tickets are not simple. I think that important functions and fast operation are good, like the Villatheme plugin.
