Hi,
Updated to * Plugin Compatibility Checker 2.2
The new system info is giving following warnings (On shared hosting) and reporting 0 as value:
disk_total_space(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): wp-content/plugins/plugin-compatibility-checker/plugin-compatibility-checker.php:42
disk_free_space(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/khaotiptha/:/tmp:/var/tmp:/opt/alt/php73/usr/share/pear/:/dev/urandom:/usr/local/lib/php/:/usr/local/php73/lib/php/)1+wp-content/plugins/plugin-compatibility-checker/plugin-compatibility-checker.php:43
Pro versions shows wrong information, version of latest version for example rank math Pro shows 1.0.111 when 3.0.33 are the latest version.
Rank Math SEO 1.0.111 1.0.111 6.2 7.4Deactivated No152/158
Rank Math SEO PRO 3.0.33 1.0.111 6.2 7.4 Deactivated No152/158
thank you
Your Current WordPress Version Running is : 6.2
Your Current PHP Version is : 8.2.3
The Lastest Stable Version Of WordPress is Available is : 6.2.1-alpha-55640
maybe beta/rc/nightly should be ignored and only take latest stable version for the check? Found this the reason it saying NO to all plugins for me.
Hi @ipajen It is only taking the major stable version that’s why it is sayig no to all plugins when testing with 6.2.1-alpha-55640
And for the issue when opening the system info can you please attach the screenshort so that the issue can be more clear because i tested it on shared hosting it is working fine
systeminfo – Fast & Easy Upload Image – Free Image Hosting (imgtr.ee)
See picture. For 0, expecting more cant not read value or something instead of 0, guessing my shared hosting provider is blocking disk_total_space() etc
Regarding latest stable version, Maybe I misunderstand the function but if the latest stable version of WordPress are 6.2 and the plugin supports 6.2 then I expect Yes, even if I test a newer beta/daily version 6.2.1-alpha-55640.
Thank you!
Hi the open_basedir is restricted by the hosting provider can you please ask the hosting provider to enable it so that system info can work
