Compatible with php OPcache?

    I installed WP Fastest Cache plugin and then remembered I am already using php opcache on this server. I’m wondering is WP Fastest Cache compatible with PHP opcache? If so, is there any point in using both?

    If not, is one recommended over the other for frontend web site speed? Thank you.
