Thanks for the quick reply. I’m facing another issue with the plugin. I’ve created a coupon for 100% off and checked ‘apply as cashback’. It seems to be working fine when the user is logged in. They must pay the total amount and the same amount reflects in their wallet.
If the user is not logged in and applies the coupon on the checkout page, the coupon acts as a simple discount coupon and the person is able to checkout for free.
Would like your thoughts on the matter

Yes I understand your query. Let me explain to you the logic behind this. If there is no user logged in then the system will never know that where to transfer the cashback amount that’s why we make the coupon as standard WooCommerce coupon if the user is not logged in already.

Is there a workaround to this? I have disabled guest checkouts on my website so essentially, this step also creates the user account. If there were some way to credit the cashback to the newly created account, that would be perfect.
Would I face the same issue if I set Woowallet> Settings> Cashback amount =100
(Instead of doing this via a coupon code)?

Yes, if you use cashback options instead of coupon then you can achieve your requirement.
