Clicking “get started” should launch a popup.

It seems that whenever the wBounce plugin is enabled, my #popmake-351 div becomes nested inside #wbounce-modal causing it not to appear.

Things work fine with that plugin disabled. How should I go about fixing this?

Hello @nicholasl – thanks for reaching out and apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

If that’s the case, it was indeed a conflict with the said plugin.

Could you please check if there are any JavaScript console errors on your website? Kindly check it while the Popup Maker plugin and the said plugin are both activated.

If there are any then, I would suggest seeing if this guide gives you anything useful to go on: Checking JavaScript Errors

Additionally, you may need to reach us to the plugin’s author or support and ask for their insights regarding the console errors. They should be able to assist you further since they know how their plugin was built.

I hope that helps you with your problem.
