Compatibility with Events Manager

    I tried setting up QTranslate Slug on with content generated with Events Manager. I set the custom post type to have English slug “event” and Finnish (default) slug “tapahtuma”. QTranslate is set to use [url_mode] => 2, “Use Pre-Path Mode (Default, puts /en/ in front of URL)”.

    When viewing the site in Finnish, all works appropriately. Events are now found at /tapahtuma/[eventname]. When viewing the site in English, the event links now point to /en/event/[eventname]. When clicking a link like this, the page load fails with the following Firefox error message:

    The page isn’t redirecting properly

    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    – This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
