Hello!
Thanks for the kind words – glad to hear the plugin is getting good results for others!
I tested it specifically with the Elementor Hello theme and everything works as expected.
However, if you’ve used Elementor PRO to customize the single product template and made changes to the product gallery structure (e.g. replaced the default WooCommerce elements with custom ones), that might cause compatibility issues.
The plugin relies on the default WooCommerce gallery markup to insert and display the video properly. If that markup is changed, it may prevent the plugin from functioning.
To help you better, could you please share a link to a product page where you’ve attached a video? That way I can inspect what’s going on and suggest a solution.
Thanks!

Hello Martin, thanks for the answer.

Yep, we’re using custom product templates made with Elementor PRO & product images widget(non-native to wordpress).
So at the moment, your plugin is only compatible with non-custom product templates?
Hello,
Thanks for the clarification and for sharing the link.
As mentioned on the plugin’s page, custom themes or product gallery modifications might not be fully supported. In your specific case, the video file does seem to load correctly in the page, but it’s not being displayed because key HTML classes are missing from the gallery structure. This prevents the required JavaScript scripts from functioning properly.
Since you’re using a fully custom product template with a non-native image widget, this setup differs significantly from the default WooCommerce structure that the plugin is built for.
You’re welcome to contact us via the email provided in the plugin settings. We offer custom support and can develop compatibility for your specific case as a paid service, should you wish to proceed.
