Compatibility Issue with Other Plugin

    I am having an issue with Ultimate Member. Everything works fine except for the Profile page, where I am a getting a “page not found” error. I rooted the issue with a plugin I had just installed called “Our Team Showcase” by SmartCat. This plugin needs to be deactivated for UM to work. Can you guys look into this and fix it? I love UM and would hate to have to stop using it, but if the issue is not resolved I’d have no choice, thanks!

    Hi,

    I am very sorry but due to our very small team/resources we are not able to fix conflicts with other plugins. There are 10s of thousands of plugins so it is not possible for any plugin developer to have compatibility with all other plugins.

    Without doing this we would not be able to continue to develop and support our plugin.

    For this you will either have to choose one plugin to use and not another one or hire a developer to fix the issue you have on your site.
