Compatibility issue with Meta Slider plugin

After upgrading to WordPress 3.6, there is no more animation in ‘Meta Slider’ slideshows until I disabled the ‘Wysija Newsletters’.
I don’t known if it is a ‘Wysija Newsletters’ or ‘Meta Slider’ issue.
