If that’s the case, then please contact WPFC as there is nothing I can do about it.
I’ve reached out to them in the past through their forum, and their approach was to say that FVM is not compatible with their code. Further on, they added a notice that FVM must be disabled when WPFC is enabled.

Any cache plugin will work, provided you disable their merging and minification settings, however, it’s up to them to block or not FVM.
I would suggest you use another cache plugin, since there are plenty to choose from, while there are not many alternatives to FVM.
