COMPANY field not working

    I created a form with Contact Fomr 7 on a client’s website following the guidelines on the mc4wp website. The form works, and the Name and Email fields are correctly sent to Mailchimp. Unfortunately, I’m unable to get the Company field to work. I used the following code, but it’s not being sent to Mailchimp. 

    <p class="wpcf7-inline-field"><label for="Company" class="wpcf7-inline-field">Company</label>
    [text* mc4wp-COMPANY id:company placeholder "Your Company"]</p>

    Can you help me understand what the issue might be?

    If the field was just recently created in your Mailchimp account it could be that the MC4WP plugin is not yet “aware” of the fields existence.

    In your WordPress admin to to MC4WP > Mailchimp, and click the Renew Mailchimp lists” button to pull in the latest data from Mailchimp. Otherwise it can take 24 hours before the new field is synced in via background sync.
