Community media gallery?

    I’ve been searching for some hours. I’m looking for a plugin with this combination: A community gallery , for members to upload pics, videos, embeds from youtube and such for rating. Moderation is needed and ‘report abuse’ would be nice. Like photosmash gallery plugin but with video too. Is something with these requirements out there?
