The driver can view his commission on the driver panel sorted by date range,the admin can see it on the reports page on the admin panel as well.
On top of that we have a payments for delivery drivers addon which let you manage the commission payments and pay to the delivery drivers via PayPal.

I already bought the payments addon. Just a question, how do i see deliveries done until now? Even those done before the addon installation?

You can go the woocommerce orders page on the admin panel and search for all completed orders that has drivers or use the plugin reports page to find completed orders.
